Patek Philippe 3700/1-J
Released to the public by Patek Philippe in 1976, the Nautilus has since become a classic for watch collectors. Inspired by the portholes of ships, the watch was designed by Gerald Genta, also the mind behind the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. The model we’re offering is a reference 3700/1-J Nautilus in the best condition we’ve seen. The bracelet is close to new and extremely tight. The watch has just returned from a full service at the Patek Philippe HQ and is running perfectly. The back of the watch is engraved with the initials “FP”, something we find very interesting to keep on the watch as it shows the timepiece’s history - we know from the condition of the watch and its set that this “FP” was extremely meticulous and careful with his timepiece. All parts of the watch are original, including the dial, clasp, buckle, crown and bracelet. Accompanied by its original box and papers.
